What is the return policy?
Customers can return items within 3 days after receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition, with the tag still attached, and must not have been used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm it is in proper condition, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

What should I do if I want to change a size?

When will I get my order?
We ship orders Monday–Saturday, with a cut-off time at 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
We ship all orders via J&T Express. Estimated delivery time starts after the order has been dispatched:
Bangkok & Metropolitan Area: approximately 1 business day
Upcountry areas: approximately 2–3 business days

What size should I order for a pant?
For pants with sizing, customers can order their usual size. If your waist measurement is an odd number, we recommend choosing the next size up.
